David Bain joined the Army in 2013 as a Military Police officer. His original plan was to pursue a career in federal-level law enforcement upon departure of the military. Along the way, he discovered his passion for real estate and the power of real estate as an investment vehicle. As time went on, he knew that this was where he had to be professionally.
David requested an assignment to Hawaii specifically to start investing in properties and to integrate into full-time real estate. He was so excited to start his journey in Hawaii that he was putting in offers for his first Hawaii property before he had even arrived. Just after arrival to the island, David had already closed on his first home and had become a real estate agent while still serving on active duty.
While working the role of both active duty soldier and real estate agent, David noticed just how many service members were lacking knowledge on their ability to buy a home. Homeownership in Hawaii just did not seem like a reality to most. David spent most of his days having educated conversation with those around him about the VA Home Loan Benefit, helping many to purchase their very first home.
David finds it to be an extremely rewarding experience to educate fellow veterans on this benefit and to assist them with their own real estate endeavours. All too often our veterans focus so heavily on the present that they end up overlooking their future. This is understandable as the nation requires much of their time and sacrifice. He wants to help solidify the future for the veteran.
While the veteran community is where David began his real estate career, he is absolutely willing and able to help others in Hawaii to purchase a home. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, David will make sure that your needs are met.
